Go Wolfpack!
I studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at North Carolina State University. One of my favorite projects involved working with a local Raleigh cider company to develop social media strategies and creative campaigns to help grow their business!

Where I Am From
I grew up in Southern California, moving around San Onofre, San Diego, and Twentynine Palms (a very small desert town about an hour from Palm Springs). It was a tiny community (my graduating class had only about 100 people!) but it taught me so much about the value of close knit connections and community.

My name is Lorelyn but I usually just go by Lo.

Here's what my resume doesn't show:
-
I love to dance! It’s one of my favorite ways to express myself.
-
I’m a huge foodie, especially when it comes to Asian cuisine.
-
Boba addict here! (Black milk tea is my go-to order.)
-
I’m a total sucker for romance movies.
-
Pink is my ultimate favorite color. 💗
-
A bit chronically online (I basically live on social media).
-
Lastly, I am a first-generation college student!

MORE ABOUT ME!
A Big Part of Who I Am
I am a proud first-generation college student and will be the first in my family to earn a Bachelor’s Degree. This milestone means so much more than just a diploma, it represents the countless silent battles and challenges that come with forging a path no one before me has walked.
Growing up without a roadmap for the college or the corporate world meant entering unfamiliar spaces with no clear guide to show me the way. At times, it felt isolating and overwhelming, as if I were running a race that had started long before I even reached the track. But rather than allowing my setbacks to define me, I chose to define myself by my passion, persistence, and resilience.
Through my community and the incredible mentors who have supported me, I’ve learned to embrace failure as part of growth. I have stumbled, fallen, gotten up, then fallen, and gotten up over and over again, and I will continue to do so as long as I have dreams to chase.
This journey is a defining part of who I am, and it continues to shape who I strive to become: someone who not only breaks barriers but also inspires others to rise beyond their own.
